Your first week with dassi

The goal isn’t “AI everywhere.” The goal is to remove the repeatable browser overhead that steals your day.

Day 1: Pick one high-frequency workflow

  • Choose one app you touch daily (email, CRM, docs, dashboards).
  • Ask dassi to do the safe part first (summarize, draft, label, preview).

Day 2–3: Make it repeatable

  • Save a prompt template (format, tone, what to include/exclude).
  • Define guardrails: “never send/submit without confirmation.”

Day 4–5: Connect tabs (without integrations)

  • Read context in one tab and write results into another tab (CRM, Docs, Sheets).

Prompt recipes for this role

  • “Compare this job to my resume and give me a score + gap list.” (use case: Job Listing That Scores Itself Against Your Resume)
  • “Rewrite my summary bullet to match the top 3 requirements.” (use case: Job Listing That Scores Itself Against Your Resume)
  • “Standardize these listings: salary, remote, years, stack.” (use case: Job Listing Normalizer With Filters)
  • “Hide anything requiring 5+ years.” (use case: Job Listing Normalizer With Filters)
  • “Turn this into a calendar invite for Thursday 3pm at Blue Bottle.” (use case: “Add to Calendar” Button Inside Any Email)
  • “Add a 25-minute buffer and include the Zoom link if present.” (use case: “Add to Calendar” Button Inside Any Email)
  • “Create a prep brief for this role: company, expectations, and questions to ask.” (use case: Interview Prep Injected Into the Job Page)
  • “Tailor talking points to my resume strengths.” (use case: Interview Prep Injected Into the Job Page)
  • “Log this message thread to Salesforce under this contact.” (use case: LinkedIn Message to CRM Note, Zero Integration)
  • “Summarize the last 5 messages and add as a note in HubSpot.” (use case: LinkedIn Message to CRM Note, Zero Integration)

Safety checklist

  • For actions (send, submit, delete), require explicit confirmation.
  • Prefer structured outputs: checklists, tables, and short briefs you can reuse.
