New updates and improvements to dassi
If your previously selected AI model is no longer available, Dassi now automatically falls back to a working default so your tasks keep running without interruption. Error messages when using your own API keys are also more accurate and less likely to show unnecessary upgrade prompts.
The Settings page has been redesigned with a clean tabbed layout for easier navigation. You can now connect your own Anthropic or Google API keys directly from the new Connection tab. A new file storage feature lets Dassi save and retrieve files during tasks. Helpful tips now appear when you start a new chat, and a new bug report button makes it easy to share feedback without leaving the app.
dassi now uses Gemini 3.1 Pro by default, bringing sharper reasoning and better task performance. Page reading is more accurate, the agent handles complex websites more reliably, and an unnecessary confirmation prompt has been removed to keep your workflow uninterrupted.
The chat input now automatically grows as you type, making it easy to compose longer messages without losing your place. You can now connect your ChatGPT account and use Codex as your AI provider directly within dassi. The agent also stops more cleanly when you cancel a task mid-way.
Attach multiple files at once by dragging and dropping them into the chat. dassi's visual automation is now more precise and reliable, with improved screenshot accuracy and stronger verification after each browser action. A new BigQuery Analytics skill lets dassi query and analyze your data warehouses directly.
You can now share images with dassi by pasting, dragging and dropping, or using the file picker — dassi will see and understand them. dassi is also now available as a Microsoft Edge extension. Errors that previously went unnoticed are now shown so you always know when something needs attention.
