Install the Dassi Chrome extension and sign in.

New plugin versions then install on their own. Without it, update by hand: run claude plugin update dassi@dassi in a shell, or pick Update now from the plugin's entry on the Installed tab.
Then ask Claude Code to work in your browser, or call the skill directly:
