What is an AI browser agent?
An AI browser agent is a tool that can see, understand, and interact with web pages on your behalf. Unlike chatbots that require you to copy-paste content, a browser agent works directly inside your browser — reading pages, clicking buttons, filling forms, and completing multi-step tasks autonomously.
Think of it as the difference between texting someone instructions vs. having them sit next to you and see your screen. A browser agent has full context of what you’re working on.
How dassi works
1. Open the sidebar on any page
dassi lives in Chrome’s side panel. Open it on any webpage — Gmail, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Google Docs, your company wiki, anything.
2. Tell it what you need
Describe the task in plain language. “Draft a reply to this email.” “Summarize these 5 tabs.” “Fill out this form with our company info.”
3. Watch it work
dassi reads the page, understands context, and takes action. It can navigate between tabs, extract data, fill forms, and complete multi-step workflows.
